How can I pay for my order?

In how many days from the completion of my order will I receive my parcel?

Orders are processed by us within 1-2 working days from the completion of the order. Orders are delivered:

In Greece in 1-2 working days
For Cyprus 1-2 working days
For Europe 1-2 working days

Orders are processed by us within 1-2 working days from the completion of the order. Once the order is sent by us, you will receive a relevant email with the tracking number. You will be able to check your order at any time through the company's site DHL

Returns & Changes

Can I change the order?

Of course! We provide you with a FREE change. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to schedule a return. A prerequisite is that you have informed us by email to start the return process. Returns with a shipping date of more than 14 days (from the day of receipt) will not be accepted, will be refunded and you will be charged with the costs by the courier company. Changes to discounted products can ONLY be made in size and if available.

Can I change the product of my order?

30 calendar day credit issue * If you do not find a product to change immediately, it does not matter! We have new arrivals almost every week. Contact us for a credit issue.

What is the process of change?

Of course. You can:

1. Let us know by email about the change you want to commit to the new product.
2. Send, within 14 days from the date of receipt, the package with the product in its original packaging, with the completed change form and the order form via DHL Courier using the standard return shipping consignment that you will receive in your mail.
3. Once we receive the package we will send you within 3 working days the new product you have selected and via email the new shipping code.
4. If you choose to issue a credit, it will be valid from the day of receipt of the package by us and for 30 calendar days. We will send you a relevant email with the credit code. After 30 days the credit is canceled without the right of refund.
5. Caution! Products must be returned without being worn, washed or used in any way in their original condition and with all labels on them.

Keep your products in good condition with the following tips:

Shoes: Try them on a rug.
Swimwear: Try it on underwear for hygiene reasons and do not remove the cover (if any).
Other clothes: take care of your make up and deodorant.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Only changes in size, product or credit are made. Refunds are made only in case of receipt of a defective product. In this case, we are informed via email on the day of receipt of the product about the problem along with visual material.

Discounted products

Changes to discounted products can ONLY be made in size and if available.

Discount Coupon

Will I have a discount as a new customer?

Of course! We offer you a 15% discount on your 1st order regardless of the amount . You must apply the esandali codes before completing your order. Cannot be combined with another password.

How can I use a discount code?

Apply the code in the position "Coupon Code" in the Shopping Bag or in the position "Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code" of Checkout and the discount you are entitled to will automatically be made.

After my 1st order I will be entitled to new discount coupons?

Of course! From time to time there will be various discount campaigns with "Coupon Code" for which you will be informed by visiting our site or via Email or via Facebook & Instagram

In NOVO every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of secure servers with Trustwave and Geotrust certification and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We use only protected links, as evidenced by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol displayed in the browser's address bar. To protect credit card purchases, you will be prompted to enter the CVV code for each order. As an added security measure, your credit card provider may ask you to authorize payment by entering a one-time password, SMS code, or other authentication method. Our payment department can conduct anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection.
